We have made the effort to organize extra activities to enhance your visit and enjoy what Deep River has to offer.
Registration for events has now been closed! If you can lend us a helping hand before or during the tournament, please complete the Volunteer sign-up form.

Extra Activities Schedule

Looking for things to do while you visit Deep River? We have some activities planned/arranged during your stay.

  • Reception on Friday at the Yacht and Tennis Clubs (registration already closed) will start gathering at 7:00p, and food will be served around 7:30p.
  • The Magic of Science Show will start at 11:30a and close at 2:30p in the small gym during the tournament. There is no fee.
  • For those who have registered for the Group Dinner at the Bear's Den, a buffet will be served, starting at 6:30p.
  • A reservation for 24 people have been made for a Music Night at the Long Shorts at 9:00p.
  • The 5-pin Bowling Alley has been reserved from 4:30p to 6:30p on Saturday, June 3, free for all to participate. Bowling shoes are available at the Deep River Bowling Alley.
  • Those who are interested in Tennis and Pickleball will need to arrange court times with the Yacht and Tennis Club, which opens daily throughout the season. There are court fees. Contact Lee-Anne at leeanneskennedy@gmail.com, who is aware of the tournament and is ready to help.
  • An arrangement has been made with the Canadian Nulear Heritage Meseum for a special opening between 2:00p and 6:00p. Admission is free while donations are welcome.
  • The Canadian Clock Museum opens from Monday through Saturday from 10:00a to 4:00p. and Sunday afternoons 1:00p to 4:00p.
